School of Business, Innovation and Sustainability
The University consists of four interdisciplinary academies and the current position is located at the School of Business, Innovation and Sustainability (FIH). Here you get to work in a research and educational environment with a focus on sustainable development and entrepreneurship. The school trains future economists, engineers, environmental scientists and biologists. The school has approximately 120 employees and consists of five departments, the department of Biomechanics and Mechanical Engineering, the department of Construction and Energy Engineering, the department of Business Studies, the department of Environmental and Biosciences and the department of Innovation Management. FIH offers education at the undergraduate and advanced level, as well as doctoral education in the field of Innovation Sciences. The research is multidisciplinary and often takes place in co-production with other actors.

Job description
As a Social media student employee you will work alongside the teaching team to develop a plan for social media strategies (weekly).

Daily work includes:

• Assisting in the growth of the Social Innovations brand by raising awareness through various social media platforms
• Monitoring postings to ensure Social Innovations’ message is constant from the terminology used to images posted
• Aiding in the weekly aspects of promoting the social media campaigns
• Interacting with followers and potential customers by communicating and answering questions through the company's social pages.
• Assist in implementing plans to increase followers on popular social media websites such as Tiktok, Twitter, Instagram, Pinterest, Facebook, YouTube and LinkedIn.

About you
We are looking for you who is excited to be part of building an inspiring course, to test your ideas and learn new ones. You are curious and you are interested in global transformations, communication and innovation. You are a team player and like to work in an international context to build up your professional network with a background in communications, marketing, journalism, public relations or related field.

• Experience of social media management
• Knowledge of Google Analytics
• Familiar with multi-social posting through various social media channels including Linkedin and Instagram
• Comfortable with working with Microsoft Office
• General knowledge of Search Engine Optimization and internet ranking for web content
• You take initiatives, can plan and prioritise your work tasks
• You speak fluently English and Swedish
• You are a problem solver

Qualifications
Only a person undertaking full-time study who has already completed approved studies equating to at least 60 higher education credits and who has not started third-cycle education can be appointed as a student employee.

Other
The employment is for one semester, with the possibility of renewal.
